1176 E 91st St, Brooklyn, NY

This was a complete renovation project of two bathrooms in a two-family home located in the Canarsie, Brooklyn area. A complete demolition was carried out and part of the same layout was maintained for both, only that one of the bathrooms kept the tub and the other was renovated with a shower.

In the bathroom located on the first floor where the tub was kept, we made a niche in the corner of the bathroom giving a unique and striking look to the bathroom.

In the bathroom on the second floor, taking into account that the space was smaller, we managed to take advantage of it by making a spacious niche in one of the walls of the shower and including a small space at the bottom to make a footrest.
